Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you can file a complaint.

How to file a complaint: write to us at institut.paulus@gmail.com or in person at our office at Fraňa Mojtu 18, 949 01 Nitra. In the complaint, state your name, contact, what the complaint concerns and what you are requesting.

We will handle your complaint within the time limits and in the manner set by applicable law and inform you of the outcome.
